We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Priority scheduling available across Intercourse and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC grew one honest service call at a time in communities like Intercourse. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
We're not the biggest name in Intercourse — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. We carry the credentials Intercourse inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Intercourse is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Intercourse homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. It also means faster escalation when something's urgent — a local dispatcher can reroute the nearest truck in minutes, not hours.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Intercourse properties actually need.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Intercourse dispatch team moves emergency tickets to the front of the schedule so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Intercourse get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Intercourse homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Most installs in Intercourse are completed in a single day, and we walk you through the new thermostat and any app controls before we leave.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across Intercourse, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
We understand that a commercial call isn't just about comfort, it's about keeping a business open.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle duct cleaning and sealing to stop conditioned air from leaking into attics and crawlspaces for Intercourse households that want more than just temperature control.
We'll show you photos of anything concerning we find, along with a plain-language explanation of what it means and whether it's urgent.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
A technician doesn't consider the job done until the system is tested and performing correctly.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
Gradual efficiency loss is easy to miss month to month, but it adds up fast over a season.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A musty smell often points to mold or moisture buildup somewhere in the ductwork.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Emergency calls get moved to the front of the line automatically.
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
Every review below reflects an actual service call in the Intercourse area.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"We've used them for our maintenance plan for two years now and never had a surprise breakdown. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"They handled the whole install in a single day, exactly like they said they would. Would recommend to anyone in Intercourse needing a real replacement, not a patch job."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Kept our kitchen running through the weekend rush."
"I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. My energy bill dropped noticeably the first month with the new system."
"Diagnosed a failed capacitor and had it swapped within the hour. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Homeowners who schedule a tune-up ahead of each season tend to call us far less often for emergency repairs. Before the coldest stretch of the year, a heating system benefits from a full safety inspection, checking the heat exchanger, ignition system, and airflow to catch any issue that could turn into a no-heat emergency.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Intercourse area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
